Bahan:
½ kg terong ungu potong jadi dua lalu belah
1 sdm kecap manis
150 ml air

Bumbu halus:
5 butir bawang merah
2 butir bawang putih
75 gr cabe merah
1 butir tomat
1 sdm garam
¼ sdt vetsin
1 sdm gula merah


Cara membuat:
Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum lalu masukan air, kecap, terakhir terong , masak sampai terong layu atau matang.
